In 2002, I read an article in "Courrier international" it was a translation of an article by Amy Bloom published in "The Atlantic". It was about a group of ultra-conservative cross-dressers. When you think of cross-dresser you first think of Cher or Madonna, not Barbara Bush or Margaret Thatcher....
